Welcome to dajdarya.com (hereinafter: “the Website”), operated by DAJ DARYA (ID No. 031392624), located at HaSdot 10, Ramat HaSharon, Israel (hereinafter: “the Company” or “the Website Operator”).
Use of this Website is subject to the terms detailed below and constitutes full consent by the user to all terms of this policy.
Use of masculine language is for convenience only and applies equally to all genders.
Browsing the Website, purchasing products, and/or using any of its services constitute agreement to these terms and a commitment to comply with them.
General Use Terms
- The Company strives to present accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information on the Website; however, unintentional errors or inaccuracies may occur.
- The Company reserves the right to change terms, prices, or policies at any time without prior notice.
- Use of the Website is permitted for users aged 18 and above only.
- All images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in color or appearance may occur.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights on this Website—including design, text, images, logo, and other content—are the sole property of DAJ DARYA.
No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, or used without the Company’s prior written consent.
Purchases and Payments
- Purchases on the Website may be made via approved credit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
- All prices include VAT (where applicable).
- Order confirmation constitutes a receipt only and not a final commitment by the Company until the transaction is fully approved.
- If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified, and the transaction will be canceled without charge.
Cancellation Policy
Orders for custom-made or personalized jewelry (including size changes, engraving, stone selection, or special designs) cannot be canceled, in accordance with Section 14C(d)(2) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Orders for jewelry priced at 3,000 ₪ (≈ $925) or above cannot be canceled, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions).
The Company may, at its sole discretion, allow an exceptional cancellation, subject to a fee covering materials and handling costs.
Returns and Exchanges
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used and are returned in their original packaging, including all accompanying documents.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
- Returns must be shipped via insured mail or courier service for the full value of the item.
- After the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified whether a refund or store credit has been approved.
- Customers must contact info@dajdarya.com before sending back any jewelry to receive specific return instructions.
Warranty and Repairs
- All jewelry is covered by a six-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers repairs due to normal wear or manufacturing defects, at the Company’s discretion.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping, impact, water exposure, chemicals, perfume, humidity, misuse, or improper storage.
- The warranty does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, or damage caused by third-party repairs.
- The Company reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for repairs not covered under the warranty.
Shipping Policy
- Complimentary shipping within Israel.
- International shipping is available at a flat rate of $10 USD.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of order approval.
- The Company is not responsible for delays beyond its control (force majeure, strikes, customs delays, etc.).
- Deliveries are made via authorized courier services only.
- In the event of a significant delay (over 30 business days), the customer may cancel the transaction and receive a full refund.
Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of stock shortages, pricing errors, technical issues, or force majeure events.
In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund and shall have no further claims against the Company.
General Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect damages or malfunctions resulting from improper use of the Website or products.
The customer bears full responsibility for the proper and reasonable use of the jewelry.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa.

כללי
ברוכים הבאים לאתר dajdarya.com (להלן: “האתר״), שמפעילה חברת DAJ darya (ת.ז: 031392624), הממוקמת בכתובת השדות 10, רמת השרון (להלן: “הנהלת האתר” או “החברה”).
השימוש באתר כפוף לתנאים המפורטים להלן ומהווה הסכמה מלאה מצד המשתמש לכל התנאים המפורטים בתקנון זה.
השימוש בלשון זכר מטעמי נוחות בלבד ומתייחס לכל המגדרים.
גלישה באתר, רכישת מוצרים ו/או שימוש כלשהו בשירותים מהווים הסכמה לתנאים אלה ולהתחייבות לפעול לפיהם.
תנאי שימוש כלליים
- החברה עושה מאמץ להציג באתר מידע מדויק, אמין ומעודכן, אולם ייתכנו טעויות או שגיאות בתום לב.
- החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות את התנאים, המחירים והמדיניות בכל עת, ללא הודעה מוקדמת.
- השימוש באתר מותר לגילאי 18 ומעלה בלבד.
- כל התמונות באתר הן להמחשה בלבד, ועשויים להיות הבדלים קלים במראה או בגוון.
זכויות יוצרים
כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני באתר, לרבות עיצוב, טקסטים, תמונות, לוגו ותוכן אחר, שייכות לחברת DAJ Darya בלבד.
אין להעתיק, לשכפל או להשתמש בתכנים ללא אישור מראש ובכתב מהחברה.
רכישת מוצרים ותשלום
- הרכישה באתר מתבצעת באמצעות כרטיסי אשראי מאושרים, PayPal או Apple Pay בלבד.
- המחירים כוללים מע”מ כחוק.
- אישור ההזמנה מהווה קבלה בלבד, ולא התחייבות סופית מצד החברה עד לאישור סופי של העסקה.
- במידה שמוצר אזל מהמלאי, תישלח הודעה ללקוח והעסקה תבוטל ללא חיוב.
ביטול עסקה
לא ניתן לבטל עסקה עבור תכשיט שיוצר או הותאם אישית (כולל שינוי מידה, חריטה, בחירת אבנים ועיצובים מיוחדים), בהתאם לסעיף 14ג(ד)(2) לחוק הגנת הצרכן.
לא ניתן לבטל עסקה עבור תכשיט שמחירו 3,000 ש”ח ומעלה, בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה).
החברה רשאית, לפי שיקול דעתה בלבד, לאפשר ביטול חריג בכפוף לעלות דמי ביטול וחומרים.
החזרות והחלפות
- ניתן להחזיר תכשיט תוך 14 ימים מקבלת המוצר ובתנאי שלא נעשה בו שימוש והוא באריזתו המקורית, כולל כל המסמכים הנלווים.
- האחריות על עלות משלוח ההחזרה תחול על הלקוח.
- ההחזרה תתבצע באמצעות שליח או דואר רשום מבוטח לפי ערך התכשיט.
- לאחר קבלת המוצר ובדיקתו, תינתן הודעה ללקוח בדבר אישור ההחזר או זיכוי.
- יש לפנות למייל info@dajdarya.com לפני שליחת התכשיט לצורך קבלת הנחיות משלוח.
מדיניות אחריות ותיקונים
- על כלל התכשיטים ניתנת אחריות לתקופה של שישה (6) חודשים ממועד הרכישה.
- האחריות מכסה תיקונים עקב בלאי טבעי או פגם בייצור, לפי שיקול דעת החברה בלבד.
- האחריות אינה חלה על נזקים כתוצאה מנפילה, מכה, חשיפה למים, חומרים כימיים, בושם, לחות, שימוש לא סביר או אחסון לא הולם.
- האחריות אינה כוללת אובדן, גניבה, שבירה מכוונת או נזק שנגרם עקב טיפול לא מקצועי על ידי צד שלישי.
- החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לגבות תשלום סמלי בעבור תיקונים שאינם נכללים במסגרת האחריות.
מדיניות משלוחים
- משלוח חינם לכל חלקי הארץ.
- משלוחים בינלאומיים בעלות של 10$.
- זמן האספקה המשוער הוא בין 7–14 ימי עסקים מיום אישור ההזמנה.
- החברה אינה אחראית לעיכובים שאינם בשליטתה (כוח עליון, שביתות, עיכובי מכס וכד׳).
- המשלוחים מתבצעים באמצעות חברות שליחויות מורשות בלבד.
- במקרה של איחור חריג (מעל 30 ימי עסקים), רשאי הלקוח לבטל את העסקה ולקבל החזר כספי מלא.
ביטול על ידי החברה
החברה רשאית לבטל הזמנה במקרים של חוסר במלאי, טעות במחיר, תקלה טכנית או אירועי כוח עליון.
במקרים אלה יינתן החזר מלא ללקוח, ולא תהיה לו כל טענה נוספת.
אחריות כללית
החברה אינה אחראית לנזקים עקיפים או תקלות הנובעות משימוש לא תקין באתר או במוצרים.
כל אחריות לשימוש שגוי בתכשיטים חלה על הלקוח בלבד.
דין ושיפוט
הדין החל על תקנון זה הוא הדין הישראלי בלבד, וכל מחלוקת תידון בבית המשפט המוסמך בתל אביב–יפו.
