How do I place an order on your site?

• Choose a category or search a specific item name (under search or the top navigation menu) .
• Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you’ve added all items, it’s time to checkout under ‘Summary’.
• Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order. We will send a conformation to your order via email,
  prepare your package and ship it within xxx-xxx days.

We accept the following cards for payment on our online platform:

Will my personal details be safe?
Absolutely. We do not keep your payment details.
The payment is processed by a third party provider.
They are using the maximum security available in the market.

Can I include a gift message?
If you would like to include a gift message in your parcel please fill out the gift message section during your checkout process.
Your message will be printed on our DAJ darya’s stationary. Alternatively, you could select to receive a blank gift card to write your own message. 

Can I Order Gift Vouchers?
Our gift card is available, select it under shop category or using the search.
Our gift card value is between $49 and $740. It will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.
If you would like to redeem a gift card online, simply enter the gift card code in the offer code box on your Shopping Bag page.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items, and the cost will appear at the checkout.

How Do I Use an Offer Code?
To redeem an Offer Code, add the code to the offer code
box on your Shopping Bag page.
The following conditions apply:
• Only one code can be used per transaction.
• Codes are not available on sale pieces.
• Codes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
• All other DAJ darya Terms and Conditions apply.
• Offer codes cannot be used together with your gift vouchers.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
DAJ darya ships to the following destinations on a DDU (Door to door tax & duty not included).

What is our returns policy?
We will accept a return of the products, provided such return is made within seven (7) days of shipment to you and provided such products are returned in their original condition.
